 Create and strengthen community-based partnerships to address issues of child abuse and juvenile justice.

 The Anti Child Abuse Network (ACAN) is a group of individuals representing agencies and organizations which work together to improve the welfare of children, especially of those who are victims of abuse. Initially formed to eliminate further trauma of child victims from those conducting interviews and examinations the network has also come up with programs that would help improve service for and welfare of children.

 The Juvenile Justice Network (JJN) creates appropriate opportunities, accessible to Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) to become potential human resource of society. The goal of the network is to promote the concept of “Restorative Justice”, to initiate programs that prevent juvenile crimes and to develop and provide rehabilitation services to CICL.

 Court Appointed Special Advocates/Guardian Ad Litem program provides a “voice” for children in court, through recruitment and training of qualified community volunteers who are willing to step into the courtroom to represent the child’s best interest.

 The Barangay Council for the Protection of Children project addresses the needs of children in the community through the organized participation of community leaders and residents participating in the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children.
